Meet Your Instructor
I will forgo the list of accomplishments stating my education and successes and focus on what matters most to me.
Beyond my 25-year marriage and my beloved children, my greatest pride comes from the deep healing and transformation I’ve undertaken in my life.
Like many of you, I am an ordinary person navigating the complexities of everyday life.
I was raised in an environment that stifled my sense of self—my identity, my worth, and my ability to think independently. I longed to be seen. Not in the spotlight, not on a grand stage, but simply as my authentic self, free to express who I truly am.
For decades, I fought to reclaim myself from the grip of trauma, to stand firmly in my power as a woman who, even as a child, aspired not just to survive, but to thrive and contribute to the world.
My mission is to inspire others to rediscover their true selves, to release the burdens of shame and guilt, and to embrace their inner beauty and essence.
Real strength lies in confronting our pain and choosing to heal. When we explore our inner shadows, we not only loosen the grip of those who have hurt us—we also recognize the ways in which we, too, may have played a role in our own suffering.
The power to heal is within us. When we unravel the conditioning that no longer serves us, life unfolds with a depth and beauty beyond anything we could have imagined.
